Propnology are pleased to announce the launch of their latest crowdfunded portfolio, which aims to raise £1m to acquire property assets in regional towns and cities within the Northern Powerhouse. All properties, acquired within this portfolio, will be retained for a period of 3 years, during which time rental income will be distributed to investors.
The fund will invest in a range of residential investment opportunities to maximise the return for investors.

This has already resulted in a significant increase in property prices, and this portfolio investment aims to focus investment in the core cities of Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Hull and Newcastle.
