We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest crowdfunding product, which aims to raise development funding to capitalise on the current demand for UK housing stock. All assets will be secured within a limited company, in which investors are Shareholders and, when each project has been completed, investors will have the choice to re-invest in the next deal or exit on either a partial or full basis.

The UK Housebuilding Market

The government recognises that between 240,000 and 350,000 new homes a year need to be built to address Britain’s chronic housing shortage, declared a House of Commons briefing paper published in December 2018.

Consequently, councils are having to revise their housing strategies at a local level in order to tackle the under-supply issue and meet new housing targets.

All projects are subject to a strict Due Diligence process to determine their risk profile and financial viability


Our Fees

To ensure that our interests are aligned with those of our investors, we do not charge any upfront fees and instead apply a success fee, payable only upon successful completion of the project.

The success fee covers our involvement in the project, from identifying suitable opportunities and completing the due diligence process to working with agents and legal representatives throughout the acquisition and disposal process. Furthermore, we assume an active management role throughout the project, working with development partners and contractors to ensure each project is delivered on time and on budget.

Flexible Exit Options

Investors may choose one of the following exit options at the end of each 9-12 month project investment term.

Option 1 - Reinvestment
The original capital and profit from the latest project is re-invested in the fund to compound returns.

Option 2 - Partial Exit
This provides investors with a return of either the profit from the latest project, or their original investment capital, with the surplus re-invested in the fund.

Option 3 - Full Exit
This option entails the return of both the original investment capital and profit generated from the latest project.
